Booking Terms and Conditions

CAPTAIN’S CONTROL OF VESSEL 

During Operation, the Vessel will remain under complete control of the captain and/ or crew. If for Weather, Tidal or other reasons, the captain considers it necessary to vary the Scheduled trip; his orders will be accepted by the boat crew and passengers. 

LIABILITY OF THE OWNERS 

The owners will not be liable for any Accident, Injury, Loss, Damage or Delay to person embarked, or their possession howsoever caused or during embarkation or disembarkation whether this be by negligence of their employees or otherwise. 

DAMAGE AND LOSS 

Hirers are liable for any Loss and Damage to the vessel’s equipment or fixture and fittings any damage caused by them or persons in their party. Before embarkation of vessel the Organizer is invited to inspect the vessel. 

THE COMPANY 

Hydrotherapy reserves the right to substitute another Vessel and, if necessary, for reasons beyond their control, to cancel the dive, but will not be liable for any expenses incurred by the hirers caused by such substitution or cancellation. 

SET UP 

Passengers are permitted on board during the set-up time. During this time divers can set up diving gear on the vessel. During the set-up time Hydrotherapy reserve the right to clean and re-stock the vessel, take deliveries and conduct any process required for safety or maintenance. 

EMBARKATION 

The vessel will be ready for boarding 30 minutes before the requested embarkation time and passengers will not be permitted to board before this time, regardless of the weather conditions. Organizers are requested to pass this information to their divers to ensure they arrive at the correct time. 

The vessel will leave the pier at the requested time and anyone not on board will be left behind. Hydrotherapy will not be responsible for late passengers missing the dive. The vessel captain will be responsible for the vessel crew and all passengers on the manifest.

DISEMBARKATION 

The boat will arrive at the chosen disembarkation location. Passengers are responsible for removal of all of their dive gear and/or personal items. Hydrotherapy will not be held responsible for any dive gear and/or personal items left on the vessel.

Additionally, Hydrotherapy will not be held liable for any injury of passenger during loading or debarkation.

RECEPTION DRINKS 

Reception drinks by the glass/plastic will be out on a table and handed to passengers by a member of staff during the surface interval. 

CORKAGE 

Unfortunately, clients are not permitted to bring alcohol any kind on board. However, other beverages and snacks are permitted. 

Any unauthorized drinks found on the vessel will be confiscated. 

PASSENGER NUMBERS 

If seats allocated by Hydrotherapy for divers and passenger numbers fall below the allocated amount, the lost seat allocation may result in a surcharge.

BOOKING 

By booking you agree to the Terms and Conditions written in this document. Booking can be canceled and fully refunded up to 48h prior to schedule dive. 

CANCELLATION 

Cancellation prior to 48h will be refunded. If you do wish to cancel your dive and cancel 48h prior to the dive you will be refunded the full amount. 

PAYMENT 

Payments from divers not diving with a dive company or agency must be paid prior to dive. Dive companies or agencies will be invoiced as negotiated by the dive companies or agencies and Hydrotherapy.
